At Spider Holster, we stand by the quality of our professional camera gear and want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your workflow. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely package the items in their original retail packaging, ensuring all plates, pins, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
